• Fluency in English
• 2+ years teaching experience
• Using technology as an instructional tool
• Standards-based assessment and reporting experience
• Experience teaching children of diverse backgrounds
• Differentiation of instruction to meet the needs of each student
• Knowledge of a variety of instructional strategies
• Interpreting and using results from a variety of standardized assessments
• Ability to meet professional expectations in collaboration with colleagues and a willingness to pursue ongoing professional learning.

• Philosophy of Education statement (if applying for a teaching position)
